OnRoom is an online intermediation platform for renting rooms and homes in flat-share arrangements, operated by OnRoom SRL, registered office in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Trade Register no. J12/1403/2024. We connect owners and tenants, verify identities, host the negotiation of the contract, and process payments. OnRoom is not a party to the tenancy agreement between owner and tenant, and is not a real-estate agent in the classic brokerage sense.
