Publishing a listing on OnRoom is free. Promotion is optional and chosen for each listing. Payments are made in the app, through a licensed partner payment processor. On each rent payment, the tenant pays an OnRoom fee of 2% on top of the rent, and 2% of the rent is withheld from the landlord. No fee is charged on the deposit. Both fees are shown before payment.
